Each subscription license allows you to run Office on up to five machines being Mac or PC. You can also run Office Mobile for Android or Office Mobile for iPhone on up to 5 mobile devices.
Office 365 App Information
All students and employees at Թ receive an Office 365 account. This account affords the member with a College branded email account, calendar, one drive, Skype, and access to Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Microsoft Office:
The college offers Microsoft Office 365 licenses free to faculty, staff, and students to install on their personal devices, up to five concurrent devices. These licenses are for the extent of your professional or academic career.
To Install Microsoft Office on a personal Computer:
- Go to office.com
- Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the screen
- Type in your Թ email address, including the @stlcc.edu portion
- Click the "Organizational Account" option
- Enter your Թ password, scroll down and click "Install"
- Once installed, you will need to sign into your Office subscription:
- From the "Welcome to Office" dialogue box, select "Sign into an existing subscription"
- Enter your Թ email address and Թ password and click "Next"
- Click "Organizational Account" and click "Finish"

Yes, this is full Office on the PC, Mac, iPhone/iPod Touch, and Android platform and all are available for offline use.
Students who are enrolled in one or more credit classes at Թ are eligible.
All faculty and staff with active employment are eligible.
All installed clients must connect to the Internet once every 30 days to verify they are still eligible for the program.
